Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026.
WorshipSuite is provided by MainzWare LLC, Indiana ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use WorshipSuite on the web or in the iPhone app, and why.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address (your username) and a password, which we store only as a one-way hash.
- Team content you or your team add: services, songs and charts, schedules, messages, and member names and roles.
- Device and security data: a random device identifier, a hashed network address, and sign-in activity, used to keep accounts safe and prevent abuse, including limiting repeat free-team creation. On iPhone we may use Apple's App Attest and DeviceCheck to confirm requests come from the genuine app.
- Push notification tokens if you allow notifications on iPhone.
- Email we send you: account links, invitations and notices related to your use of WorshipSuite.
How we use it
To run WorshipSuite, authenticate you, deliver messages and notifications, secure the service, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Your team's content is visible to the members of that team according to their roles. We use service providers to operate WorshipSuite (hosting, email delivery, Apple push notifications, and Cloudflare Turnstile for signup verification). They process data only to provide those services.
Keeping and deleting data
You can delete your account in the app. Closing a team starts a retention period before its data is permanently removed. Security and billing records may be kept longer where the law requires.
Children
WorshipSuite is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
